Responsibilities
• Support for IT Projects Managers:
- Establish a clear product vision, including objectives, scope, and macro functionalities.
- Define and clarify needs from a macro vision to detailed specifications (User Stories).
- Propose effective backlog management and prioritization techniques.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Promote agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods.
- Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration within company.
• Coaching and Training Teams:
- Assist teams in progressing towards self-organization, including setting up team rules.
- Adopt agile practices and best practices in development and coordination methods, particularly in backlog management and indicator management.
- Successfully conduct agile ceremonies.
- Act as a communicator, explainer, and regulator with external stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders are managed and involved.
- Help the agile team progress and achieve high maturity level of agility.
- Report on the maturity state, progress, difficulties, and risks related to the agile transformation.
- Propose and implement new framework and way of working to improve team effectiveness.
Education
• University or Engineering school degree in IT or related field.
Language, Experience and Skills
• Fluent in English.
• French skill is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in agile method and coaching.
• Sociable and adaptable.
• Ability to establish relationships of trust.
• Team player, open-minded, anticipation and speed adaptation.
• Initiative and creative thinking.
• Willing to work in an international environment.
• Banking knowledge is a plus.
