Main Objectives and Activities

Develop and maintain high-quality applications that integrate AI technologies into banking solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Contribute with the IT Product Manager to identify new IT opportunities and gather new business needs.

Contribute to business analysis to understand and anticipate the needs of the organization and its clients.

Collaborate to assess the added value and potential return on investment of integrating AI into our processes.

Actively participate in the definition and refinement of user stories, prioritizing and managing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Contribute to the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance banking processes.

Mentor future team members and contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Education
-
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or related field from a general engineering school.
Language skills

Good command in English.

French reading is a plus.
Experience and Skills

At least 5 years of experience in software development.

Proficiency in Java development.

Experience with Angular.

Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
