Job Descriptions:
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Understanding as-is process, analyzing users' requirements and document requirements.
 

Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of business analyst experience.
- Must have Banking Experience.
- Thai Native Speaker with Good-Fluent English
- Good communication skill

 

Senior

 

Job Descriptions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and meet our clients' needs.
- Responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Business Model Strategy is recommended.
- Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency at an Advanced level and Business Process - Design proficiency at an Advanced level are suggested.
- Develop innovative strategies for business model analysis
- Utilize advanced tools for business process analysis
- Lead the design of efficient business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions
- Provide expert guidance on requirements analysis
 

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of business analyst experience.
- Must have Banking Experience.
- Must have experience in leading team.
- Thai Native Speaker with Good-Fluent English.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
