Business Analyst (Finance & Risk)

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters / University degree in field related to Finance or Data.

 

Language skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)

  • French language is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Experience and Skills

  • For Senior position: at least 5 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, data analysis, or financial risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

  • For Junior position: 2 to 5 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, data analysis, or financial risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

  • In-depth Banking industry knowledge, focused on finance, risk, and compliance, with an understanding of how these areas interact with overall banking operations.

  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data integrity, and the importance of maintaining a golden source.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate complex concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Experience in managing banking projects and teams, with a focus on mentoring, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
