Experience and Skills

For Senior position: at least 5 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, data analysis, or financial risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

For Junior position: 2 to 5 years of experience in roles related to business analysis, data analysis, or financial risk management within the banking or financial services industry.

In-depth Banking industry knowledge, focused on finance, risk, and compliance, with an understanding of how these areas interact with overall banking operations.

Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data integrity, and the importance of maintaining a golden source.

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate complex concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Experience in managing banking projects and teams, with a focus on mentoring, developing talent, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
