Business Analyst (Internet/Mobile Banking)

Salary : Max 120k, Depending on experience

Level : Middle

Work location : Hybrid (Sathorn)

Employment Type : Permanent

Responsibilities:

    • Analyze requirements from the bank, suggesting enhancement and mutualized solutions.

    • Liaise with technical leads and architects in order to define right technical solutions.

    • Write detailed functional and technical specifications for the developers.

    • Communicate with Vendors to get quotations.

    • Perform first level testing and coordinate with QA for UAT testing and Non-Regression testing

    • Write user guides and organize training for the banks.

    • Plan project implementation in accordance with the Program Manager.

    • Monitor and report project status to the management.

    • Support Post-Go live issues until stability.

 


Required Education & Experience:

    • University degree in IT.

    • Minimum 5 years in a similar position working on software or mobile application developments.

    • Prior experience in EDI, API integration or data movement.

    • Excellent level in English (writing and speaking).

    • Willing to work in an international environment and travel.

    • Proficiency in French is a plus.

 


Required competencies:

    • Good knowledge of the digital banking industry practice and future technologies.

    • Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills to interact with Banks management, vendors and technical team.

    • Strong project management methodology and organization (Agile). PMP / PRINCE II / Scrum master certification is a plus.

    • Customer-centric mindset and business acumen.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Technical skills (SQL, Java) being able to speak with the development team and investigate deeply in the systems (database queries, technical logs review).

    • Possesses general understanding in the areas of web development, application programming, mobile app development, database and system design.

    • Relevant technical and functional experience in the digital banking domain.

    • Familiar with API management (REST, SOAP, XML interfaces).

    • Knowledge of Core Banking systems.
