Salary : Max 400k, Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
· Leading the Operating Model design Change, Workforce planning & strategy, organization development.
· Leadership: Lead a team of Change Management Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the ERP Implementation project.
· Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of ERP across the organization.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, address concerns, and gain their buy-in for the project.
· Communication: Create and execute a clear and consistent communication plan to keep all employees informed about the project's progress and impact on their roles.
· Training and Development: Work with the training team to design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge.
· Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, proactively finding solutions to overcome barriers to adoption.
· Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in [relevant field], master’s degree preferred.
· At least 7 – 10 years of experience in change management.
· Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
