Work location : Onsite 100% (Huai Khwang)

Employment Type : 6 months (extendable)

 

Job Description
· Manage and oversee changes in SAP-related projects
· Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring changes in SAP systems to meet the business needs of the company.
· Work closely with other IT professionals, including SAP consultants and project managers, to facilitate successful change management.
· Ensure that the changes align with the strategic goals of the organization.
· manage risks associated with changes in SAP systems.
· conduct impact assessments, identify potential issues and devise mitigation strategies to prevent any negative effect on the business.
· Ensure that changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to the ongoing operations of the company.
· Coordinate with various departments, creating schedules, and setting up feedback mechanisms to track the success of the change management process.

 
Qualifications

· Strong knowledge and experience with SAP systems and modules to effectively manage changes and upgrades.
· Understanding of SAP configurations, integration and process design to ensure seamless changes in the system.
· Excellent project management skills to oversee the process of change, from planning to implementation and review.
· Strong communication skills to liaise with various teams such as technical, business, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of changes and their impact.
· Ability to use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address any issues that arise during the change process.
· Attention to detail to ensure all components of the SAP system function as expected after changes have been made.
· Understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure that system changes align with business needs.
