Data Engineer + Power BI

Salary : Max 140k, Depending on experience

Job Description

• Lead discussion and translating business requirements into data models
• Design , develop and implement data models to support business requirements.
• Coding of the programing language e.g. Python, Pyspark, SQL
• Design and develop interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.
• Translate complex data models into clear and insightful visual representations.
• Connect to various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud-based platforms.
• Implement and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and row-level security as needed.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and transformation within Power Query (M Language).
• Ensure dashboard performance through best practices in data modeling and report design.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in data engineering and BI development.
• Proven experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL, and dashboard optimization.
• Experience leading data or BI projects and mentoring junior team members.
