Job Description

• Work closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.

• Support system design and development by collaborating with technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including test case development and issue tracking.

• Act as a liaison between business users and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, market trends, and best practices.

 

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• At least 1 to 2 years of insurance experience as a Business Analyst

• Have a strong experience in business operation process designs

• Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.

• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.

• Able to work independently

• Strong application project management skill and design knowledge

• Good to fluent command of English
