Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute complex HR competency projects for clients across various industries.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, organizational structure, and talent management practices to identify key competency gaps.
• Design and implement comprehensive HR competency frameworks that align with client business strategy and future workforce goals.
• Develop and deliver training materials and recommendations for building and strengthening critical competencies within the workforce.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for HR professionals and leadership teams on HR competency development strategies.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development in HR consulting and HR competency expertise.
• Stay up to date on industry best practices, emerging trends, and HR technology related to HR competency development.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on HR strategy and competency development.
• Proven experience leading and executing complex HR consulting projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation tools.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management software a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HR competency frameworks (e.g., SHRM Competency Model) and competency modeling methodologies.
• Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for adult learners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Junior Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Assist senior consultants with research, data analysis, and report generation related to HR competency projects.
• Learn and apply HR consulting methodologies to real-world projects, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and developing HR competencies.
• Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR competency development.
• Assist with client interviews and data collection to understand client needs and challenges related to workforce skills and capabilities.
• Help develop and present training materials and recommendations for building strong HR competency frameworks.
• Support with project documentation, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to deadlines.
• Stay up to date on HR competency frameworks, talent management trends, and relevant HR technology.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field (or recent relevant degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Psychology).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn quickly, be adaptable, and take initiative.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for HR and a desire to learn about HR strategy and competency development.
