Integration Lead

Salary : Max 200k , Depending on experience

Level : Asst. Manager – Manager

Work location : Rama 3 (Onsite 100%)

Employment Type : 6 months (extendable)

Qualifications
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experienced as a solutions architect, with +5 years’ experience in development, cloud, data, and security.
• Ability to understand business needs and identify appropriate solutions to resolve pain points and challenges.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and technology architecture with deep knowledge on Azure cloud and related technologies. (AWS, Google are preferable).
• Experience in implementing in Private/Multi/Public/hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions, Strong Azure cloud concepts and hand on experience working with cloud services provider.
• Experience working in large, complex, corporate business and technology programs.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing all tiers of the solution architecture.
• Effective engagement and alignment of IT with Executive sponsors and Business Stakeholders.
• Effective in discussing complex problems and solutions with Developers and Senior Executives alike. Able to give presentations to large groups of listeners and lead discussions to drive to a final decision or outcome.
• Ability to effectively conduct business in English.
• Previous experience working in a multi-national company, in a highly matrixed organization (preferable).

Job descriptions
• Overseeing the design and implementation of cloud solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation.
• Take ownership of cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure) and on-premises solutions across all company sites.
• Define design principles aligned with organization’s standard, Cloud and hosting strategy, Addressing security Gaps in the solution.
• Architecture design and Provision, Configuration, Deployment on Azure cloud and other platform.
• Interpret business requirements specifications in order to guide Solution Architecture Specifications that align customer expectations and IT capability.
• Provide solution direction, best practices in collaboration with local, regional and delivery team.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaboration
• Ensure validation and guidance on solution design implementation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architect and Engineering team. Share and listen to experiences and technology insights of members to improve solutions and contribute value to the organization.
• To be able to communicate and collaborate with system owners to develop a technical direction and an overarching strategy to move a platform forward.
• Evolve the Technology Landscape taking advantage of available and emerging technology capabilities in support of and in alignment with local, global business development and transformation strategies.
