Salary : Max 110k, Depending on experience

Java Developer (1+ Year of Experience) 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability of applications.
Assist in the integration of new technologies and third-party services.
Work on both backend and frontend as needed.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional Java development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate).
Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and API integration.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Banking or financial services industry experience is a plus.

Lead Java Developer (3-5 Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java-based applications.
· Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Oversee code quality, ensuring high standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA engineers.
· Conduct code reviews and maintain a strong focus on high-quality deliverables.
· Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
· Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer, with 1-2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
· Proficiency in Java (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate) and related frameworks.
· Experience with database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and ORM tools.
· Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and cloud technologies.
· Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
· Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git, SVN).
· Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
· A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
