Linux Middleware Engineer
Salary : Max 90k, Depending on experience

Responsibilities:
· Support & maintenance
- Provide level 2 technical support on business applications
- Manage incidents & problems
- Perform root cause analysis of issues
- Perform routine application maintenance & troubleshooting tasks
- Delegate level 1 support & monitoring tasks to 24/7 Operations Center team
· Releases & deployments management
- Configure and deploy new application releases on Linux & Openshift
- Define deployment procedures
- Identify repetitive tasks to automatize
· Projects
- Implement strategic projects with application stakeholders and supplier
- Migrate applications to new version
- Weblogic installation and patching
- Create and maintain BMC Control-M jobs (full in-house training provided)
· Miscellaneous
- Basic database tasks (Restart, Query execution, …)
- Contribution to continuous improvement of IT production processes
Requirements:

· Experience & good knowledge of Linux environments
· Understand applications interactions and dependencies in a distributed architecture
· Good communication skills
Technologies Knowledge:
· Linux (Red Hat) environments
· At least 1 application server: JBoss, Weblogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, OpenShift
· Zabbix Monitoring is a plus
· BMC Control-M experience is a plus
Education & Experience
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position
Language skills
· English: Fluent
