Main Objectives and Activities

Lead Oracle DBA team (3 members) with hands-on approach

Manage workload and planning, reporting to Head of Middleware & Data
-
Develop team members skills for high technical expertise

Coordinate and Communicate operations with stakeholders
-
Troubleshoot issues and prevent incidents
-
Identify repetitive manual tasks and request their automation from Devops team
-
On-call Standby rotation required
Education
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

At least 10 years' experience in Oracle database administration

Strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
