Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: Design and develop Power BI dashboards following business analyst specifications and best practices.

Collaboration: Work with business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboards for performance and usability, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Self-Management: Independently manage the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Documentation: Document processes and provide user training and support.
-
Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with governance policies, following best practices.

Troubleshooting: Provide support and resolve Power BI-related issues.
Required Education & Experience
-
Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist for a minimum of 3 years, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization techniques.

Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with international teams and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Extra appreciated competencies

Experience with Agile methodology and other project management methodologies,

Experience in the banking Industry, more specifically related to Finance and Risk streams,
