  • PTT Group is a leading organization in the energy sector, with the PTTEP S/4 Implementation project focused on implementing efficient HR strategies, programs, and services across various stages of the employee lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Human Resources Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing expertise in developing and executing HR strategies, programs, and services.

  • Your day-to-day activities will involve actively participating in team discussions, contributing to work-related problem-solving, and becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in HR Process Design.

  • You are expected to perform independently and collaborate with the team to ensure effective HR practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in HR Process Design is required, while intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management and advanced proficiency in Workforce Planning and Talent Management are recommended.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies, programs, and services across the employee lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective HR practices and solutions.

  • Provide expertise in HR Process Design and actively contribute to team discussions.

  • Contribute to work-related problem-solving and provide solutions.

  • Utilize advanced proficiency in HR Process Design to optimize HR practices.
